National Letter Carrier Food Drive

The 19th annual National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive is on Saturday, May 14, throughout all of Pierce County. This is a community effort that in the past has yielded over 300,000 lbs of food, enough to feed members of our community for more than a week. Pierce County's emergency food providers have set a goal of 400,000 pounds, a goal we’re looking forward to meeting with a a strong effort from all of the volunteers, postal workers and community.

Look for a postcard and a grocery bag in your mailbox in early May, and on May 14th leave a donation  for your mail carrier to pick up.
